Acting as a sounding board, as your coach I will champion opportunities, provide focussed support as you make changes, encourage and challenge you. How is coaching delivered? What does the process look like?
Coaching typically takes place either face-to-face or via the telephone. During the initial call you will take time to explore/identify what you wish to focus on, identifying priorities for action and establish desired outcomes. Between scheduled coaching sessions, you may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your prioritized goals. The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on needs and preferences and will be discussed at the initial meeting/telephone call.
